Depress the Depression

This topic is very interesting and helpful as we know 75% population in this world either suffering from anxiety , depression and disappointment or have already committed suicide.In addition, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), 1 in 13 globally suffers from anxiety. We should always possess strong willpower it will help in fighting against not even failures but successes too .

Reasons for such state

1) Frequent Failures
2) Loneliness
3)  Wrong Consultancy
4) Overthinking
5) Decreasing Self Confidence
6) Counting troubles rather than joys
7) Imagine things that not even exist.

How to Come over from this situation??
1) Firstly keep a thing forever in your mind that you are not alone .you have your own company so love it. No one knows you better except you.

2) Remember the best moments of your life at least if you have one then it is enough too for you. At least you had this blessing of god then why are you worrying?

3) Stop comparing yourself with others.You are not that guy or we can say that guy is not you with whom you are comparing yourself. Do you ever see any two fingers same?
4) In this state generally decisions taken by us give unwanted results. So decisions should not be taken in hurry as "Hurry spoils curry".
5) We mostly seek a source or means to explain what is going in our mind. To explain our heart and mind talk to a closed one or diary writing is much better than talk to strangers.
6) Meditation and avoiding inactivity (physical and mental both) are beneficial too to overcome.
7) Reading motivational quotes, videos and books help a lot in this. It will help in building your self-esteem and self-confidence.
8) If you need Consultancy then this decision should be taken wisely. Whom you consult should be professional or specialist in that field.
